I’m Kary Gregor, owner of Bluff & Bay Interiors, and a fellow Hampton Lake resident. My husband and I built our custom home here three years ago, so I know firsthand just how exciting, overwhelming, and decision heavy the building and decorating process can be.
Living in Hampton Lake has also given me a unique perspective as a designer. I understand the homes, the community, the way people live here, and the balance so many of us want between relaxed Lowcountry style and a home that still feels personal, polished, and distinctly our own.
Today, I help clients with everything from new construction selections and builder coordination to furniture, rugs, lighting, window treatments, artwork, and finishing an entire home. Because I’m right here in the neighborhood, I can also be a very hands-on local resource, particularly for clients who are building or furnishing their Hampton Lake home while living out of state.
Whether you’re starting with architectural plans, already under construction, or simply ready to make a few rooms feel more finished, I’d love to help make the process easier, more organized, and a lot less stressful.
