Bring Your Vision
of Home to Life
When my husband and I built our custom home in Bluffton several years ago, I was reminded just how personal every decision becomes when it's your own home. You want it to be beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully planned, and you want to feel confident that everything will come together.
I'm Kary Gregor, owner of Bluff & Bay Interiors. Whether you're building a new home or furnishing the one you love, I help you bring the possibilities into focus. Together, we'll create rooms that reflect your taste, make space for the pieces you treasure, and work beautifully for the way you live. With thoughtful planning and realistic renderings, you can see how it all fits before making those big decisions.
Bluff & Bay Interiors provides interior design and builder liaison services in Bluffton, Hilton Head, and throughout the Lowcountry. Whether you are building a custom home, furnishing a new space, or redesigning a single room, we help bring the entire vision together through thoughtful selections, detailed floor plans, and realistic renderings. From cabinetry, lighting, tile, and finishes to furniture, rugs, artwork, and window treatments, every decision is considered as part of the whole home.
We intentionally keep our practice focused on Bluffton and the Lowcountry rather than taking on destination design projects. This ensures we can provide you with hands-on local oversight on your project at all times.
Homes across the Lowcountry
We built our home from three states away and never once felt out of the loop. Every room looked exactly like the renderings Kary walked us through.
Local by Design
Bluff & Bay Interiors is intentionally focused on the South Carolina Lowcountry and Savannah, serving clients throughout Bluffton, Hilton Head, Beaufort and the surrounding coastal communities.
Keeping my work close to home means I can stay close to your project, too. I can be on site when questions arise, meet with builders and trades, check measurements and finishes in person, visit local showrooms and respond to the small decisions that can have a big impact on the finished home.
For clients building or furnishing from out of state, that local presence can be especially valuable. You don't need to be here for every meeting, delivery or construction question because you have someone nearby who knows your home, your selections and the overall vision.
